SVB Tennis & Wellness Center

SVB Tennis & Wellness Center is a multi-sport complex at 6585 Simons Road in the Zephyrhills area of Pasco County. Google currently lists the address under the name Mouratoglou Academy Zephyrhills, so the branding may have changed, while padelcourtsfinder.com still lists padel there since 2020 with five courts alongside tennis and pickleball. The directory page and the club's own website both carry the SVB name. Court type is not confirmed, so the five courts are listed as outdoor with that caveat. Google shows hours of 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM Monday through Friday and 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday. Reviewers mention swimming pools, a restaurant with a weekend brunch, massage therapy, a well-kept campus and eight pickleball courts. Padel is only one of several activities, and facility details here come from reviews and the venue type rather than a published list. The venue holds 4.6 across 159 Google reviews. Positive comments cover the clean, state-of-the-art grounds, friendly staff and the on-site food. A critical reviewer found the staff unwelcoming and non-inclusive for outsiders, and recommends visiting only as part of a team for soccer. No review discusses padel directly. One pickleball visitor notes there is little shade in the Florida heat. Check the website or call (813) 361-6660 before booking, and confirm the current club name. No prices were found.
