Padel Pals

Padel Pals is an independent indoor padel centre in Unit B4 of Trade City on the Bell Green Retail Park in Sydenham, in the London Borough of Lewisham, close to the Sydenham and Lower Sydenham border. Playtomic lists four indoor doubles courts plus one singles court, so players can book a two-person singles session as well as standard four-player games. The venue goes beyond courts: reviewers describe a fully equipped gym and a golf simulator on site, and recent visitors mention a sauna and ice baths for after play, although one earlier review said the sauna, ice baths, bar and cafe were still on the way, so it is worth checking what is open before you go. Feedback so far is very positive, with a 4.8 rating from 28 Google reviews; people praise the quality of the courts, the music and atmosphere, clean modern facilities, friendly owners and staff, and prices they consider reasonable for the area. The review count is still small, as the club is fairly new. Courts are booked through Playtomic. Opening hours are 07:00 to 23:00 every day of the week, which matches both the Playtomic listing and Google. The club can also be reached by phone on its freephone number. Car access is straightforward thanks to the retail park setting, though the club does not publish its own parking details.
