Centro Padel Tennis Courts are community courts inside The Villa, a gated residential project in Wadi Al Safa 5 on the Dubailand side of the city, and they appear to be for residents and their guests only. Google tags the spot as a playground, there is no phone number, website or booking page, and nothing suggests outsiders can reserve a slot. The Villa also has its own tennis courts in the middle of the development, run with a coaching programme for children. The number of courts isn't published: the name refers to courts in the plural, but the listing and photos point to one regulation padel court, so we list one, and it's not confirmed whether it is covered or shaded. The three Google ratings average 5.0, which is too few to count as a real score. The one written comment calls it a nice, quiet place with a proper official-size court; there are no complaints, but also no detail on lighting or surface. Google shows the court as open 24 hours every day, which in practice means there are no staffed hours rather than round-the-clock lighting. No prices are published, as use is normally included for residents. If you live in The Villa, ask the community office how the court is shared. For everyone else, the nearest public padel options are the clubs along Al Ain Road and in Nad Al Sheba. Outdoor summer play is best before 09:00 or after sunset.
