700 Padel & Fitness Hub is on Umm Suqeim Street in Al Barsha Second, a few minutes from Mall of the Emirates. It is a full fitness club as well as a padel venue: alongside its indoor padel courts it runs a gym and a timetable of classes, including Pilates, yoga, stretching and strength and conditioning. There is also a café-restaurant, a well-finished changing area and a sauna. The club doesn't publish how many padel courts it has, so we list two as a minimum. With 535 reviews and a 4.5 rating, it is well reviewed. A member of two years calls it one of the best indoor padel clubs in Dubai, praising the court quality, the coaching options and the community. Many reviews come from people who mostly use the studio classes, and instructors Valeria and Irina get warm mentions for being attentive and explaining things clearly. The main complaint is about strict class rules: one long-time member was refused entry for arriving a minute late and felt the policy wasn't clearly communicated. Expect the club to run on schedule. Opening hours are long: 06:15 to midnight Monday to Friday and 07:00 to midnight on Saturday and Sunday, so pre-work games are possible. Because the courts are indoor, it's a dependable summer option. Padel court prices and membership fees are not published in any source we could access, so contact the club for current rates and for how to book.
