The venue is listed as open 24 hours a day, every day, but in practice staff are not always on site: one player arriving at 06:30 found only security, who would not take cash and insisted on payment through Playtomic. Facilities are a strong point, with changing rooms and private showers, two jacuzzis, a gym, a prayer room, a cafeteria and food outlets, small shops and plenty of parking. Rackets can be rented. Court rates aren't published; Playtomic shows academy programmes such as coaching lessons from about 307 QAR off-peak and adult academy packages from 600 QAR. With 4.7 from more than 260 Google reviews, this is one of the best-rated clubs in the country. Players praise the organisation, the coaching and the atmosphere; one reviewer mentions paying 260 QAR for a court and 30 QAR for a racket and calls it cheaper than other clubs, though that figure isn't an official price. The only wish voiced is for a proper clubhouse for members and their guests.
