Kvartāls 86 on Dzirnavu Street isn't a padel club but a large family and sports complex in Jēkabpils, where padel is just one part of the offering. Five courts are split into four doubles courts and one singles court — according to the complex, the first court of this format in Latvia.

Under the same roof: a thousand-square-metre, four-level indoor play city, a three-hundred-square-metre trampoline park, four party rooms, VR games, a car simulator, a strength zone with free weights and a 130-metre running track, HYROX group training, a café, an IGLU baby zone, and a ball pit.

As a result, families come here for a whole afternoon at the same time as players come for a single hour. On weekdays the complex is open from 9:00 to 22:00, Saturdays 10:00 to 22:00, Sundays until 20:00. Bookings run through Playtomic. Jēkabpils has two independent padel operators, which is unusual for such a small town.
