The padel section of SK Slavia Praha was founded in 2022 and plays under one of the oldest sports emblems in the country — the red-and-white star, which this year celebrates more than one hundred thirty years. Four open courts lie on Vladivostocká street on the site of a former Slavia swimming pool, with entry from Pod Altánem street.
That setting is what sets the club apart: the courts sit in the grounds of an old public pool among mature trees, not in a hall in an industrial zone. Play runs from eight in the morning to ten at night; on weekdays the price changes with time of day, while weekends carry a flat rate. The club is considering covering the courts.
The complex has changing rooms, showers, a bistro with an outdoor terrace and a Babolat shop. Slavia Praha Padel Academy is run by three licensed coaches and offers individual and group training for adults and children. Racket rental costs fifty crowns.
