Padel Club Ostrava calls itself the first and largest padel club in Moravia and Silesia, and it's the only one in the country that changes address by season. In summer, play is on four outdoor courts on Varenská street in Moravská Ostrava; over winter the club moves to Trojhalí Karolina.
Trojhalí is a former industrial hall of the Ostrava ironworks converted into a sports and cultural space — playing padel under its steel structure is an experience found nowhere else in the country. The club has run the country's first indoor padel courts there since 2022.
Play runs from eight in the morning to ten at night. Mornings until two in the afternoon are cheaper, afternoons and evenings more expensive; Czech Padel Federation members get a ten percent discount. Two C-licensed coaches, Tomáš Mutina and Daniel Hrbáč, work at the club. The complex has changing rooms, showers, refreshments and parking.
