Terms of Service — PADO Mobile Application

Introduction

The mobile application Pado is owned by 7DESIGN Sp. z o.o., ul. Zygmunta Krasińskiego 15a-3, 50-449 Wrocław, NIP 8993003314.

• The app allows users to book padel courts, register for training and tournaments, and manage club operations.
• Purchases can be made only within the mobile application (not on the website).
• Complaints related to the app can be sent to [email protected] and will be reviewed within 14 calendar days.
• These Terms take effect on September 10, 2025 and are governed by Polish law.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, the User agrees to these Terms. Without acceptance, the User cannot use the services.

2. Description of Services

The Pado App allows users to book padel courts, find coaches, participate in tournaments, and manage padel clubs.

Payments are processed through third-party providers within the app. The website is for informational purposes only and does not support payments.

3. User Account

To use the App, the User must:

• create an account,
• provide accurate data,
• keep the password secure,
• report any misuse.

4. Payments and Refunds

• Payments are processed through licensed payment providers.
• Refunds follow the rules of the respective club or coach.
• Complaints are reviewed within 14 days of receipt.
• Approved refunds are issued within 14 days.

5. User Conduct

Users are prohibited from using the App unlawfully, infringing on others' rights, or disrupting its operation.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Pado brand, code, and design belong to 7DESIGN Sp. z o.o.

7. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Digital services may start immediately after payment. By requesting immediate service before 14 days, the User loses the right of withdrawal once the service is fully provided.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes may be resolved through the EU ODR platform:
