About the App

Pado is a mobile application for padel players and clubs — connecting courts, coaches, and players in one place.

It allows users to find available courts, book training sessions and tournaments, and manage their activity directly from a smartphone.

The app works as an aggregator of clubs and coaches, meaning that all prices are set individually by our partners and displayed directly within the app.

What We Offer

• Padel court bookings – browse available time slots and reserve courts in a few taps
• Private and group training sessions – find the right coach for your level
• Tournaments and events – join competitions and meet other players

Pricing

Service prices (court rental, training, tournament participation, etc.) are set by individual clubs and coaches and are displayed in the Pado App before confirming a booking.

All prices shown in the app include VAT (gross price).

Refunds and Complaints

If you experience issues with a booking or service:

• Send a complaint to [email protected]
• Complaints are reviewed within 14 calendar days of receipt
• Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 14 days of approval
• Refunds follow the policy of the specific club or coach providing the service
