PADO lists 64 padel clubs in 17 cities in Lithuania. Klaipėda (17) and Vilnius (14) have the most clubs, followed by Kaunas (6), Panevėžys (5) and Alytus (4). You can also play padel in Šiauliai, Palanga, Neringa, Marijampolė, Plungė, Prienai and other towns.
Padel is played by four people on a 20 × 10 metre court enclosed by glass and metal mesh. After it bounces, the ball can also be played off the walls; the racket is shorter than a tennis racket, strungless and perforated, and the ball is slightly softer. That makes it easy to start, and long rallies appear within minutes.
You can play on indoor and outdoor courts. Outdoor courts usually operate seasonally, from spring to autumn, and in resort areas such as Palanga and Nida free slots fill up quickly in summer, so it is worth booking in advance. Prices depend on the club, the time of day and the day of the week; you can find the current price on each club's PADO page.
On PADO you can compare clubs, prices and booking options across the country in one place, see all the courts on a map and find tournaments and coaches near you.

At some point it became clear that the problem was no longer how to run another tournament. They needed a system that would let them manage a large padel community in Warsaw properly.

Why tournaments with groups and playoffs are worth running in a padel community, how to work out participants, courts, matches and the schedule, and how PADO simplifies large tournaments.
Padel is a racket sport played by four players on a small court enclosed by glass and metal mesh. Because the ball can be played off the walls after it bounces, rallies are longer and it is easier to start than tennis.
The serve is underhand: the ball bounces first, then is hit diagonally into the opponents' service area. Scoring is like tennis: 15, 30, 40 and game. After the ball bounces you may play it off the walls, but it must then go over the net; hitting the wall directly without touching the ground is not allowed. Padel is always played in doubles.
A padel court is 20 metres long and 10 metres wide; the glass and metal mesh walls around it are 3–4 metres high. That is much smaller than a tennis court.
Prices depend on the club, the time of day and the day of the week. Daytime hours are usually cheaper than evenings and weekends. The price is per court and is shared between four players. You can find current prices on each club's PADO page.

Americano is a community tournament format: in every round you play with a new partner and individual points are added up. Beginners and advanced players play a lot with each other, and it is easy to find new partners. Many clubs regularly hold such evenings.
No. A padel court is smaller, the walls are part of the game, the racket is strungless and the ball is slightly softer; it is always played in doubles. That is why it is usually easier for beginners than tennis.
