Padel in Constanta: a full guide for players

Constanta has six padel clubs and twenty courts, most of them in Mamaia and in the north of the city. Demand rises sharply in summer with the coastal season, and morning and evening slots are booked several days ahead.

Where padel is played in Constanta

Elite Padel, on Strada Panait Cerna, is the largest club in the city: seven outdoor courts, open daily until midnight, and host of the Constanta Padel League. Mamaia has three clubs — Padel Club Constanta on Bulevardul Mamaia, Padeland next to the Queen Marie Castle, and Padel Tenis Club Idu, the only venue in the city with an indoor court. Padel Regal Arena and Play Spot Padel Constanta round out the offer in the city itself. If everything is booked, Apex Padel Club Navodari is 15 kilometres away and has three courts.

When to book

Daytime rates on weekdays run 20–70 lei below evening ones. A morning hour at Idu costs 80 lei — half a peak hour at Elite Padel. In July and August the weekend books up days in advance, especially in Mamaia.

Indoor padel on the coast

Almost all the courts in Constanta are outdoor, so the main season runs from spring through autumn. The only indoor court in the city is at Padel Tenis Club Idu, on Bulevardul Mamaia — useful in the cold months or on days with a strong wind off the sea.
